Four songs were recorded with the gang in Richmond, VA at Sound of Music. Two of them made anthems, “Oh Lily” and “The Rest of My Life”. Besides the alternate version of “Foreign Movie”, we also laid down yet another version of the song I seemed to record over and over, and which had appeared on both anthems and Beneath a Balcony: “Baby I’m Okay”. There are no revelations to this take, just an excellent country-rock band giving it a spin. I adore the guitar and organ solos.
Marc M Cogman - vocals, acoustic guitar
Hugo Haggie - electric guitar
Alan Weatherhead - electric guitar
Craig Harmon - B3 organ
Dave Lowery - electric bass
Miguel Urbizatano - drums and percussion
